Endorsement of this Snapshot Space to be used for zComb DAO Votes

On 25 April 2024, the founder and developer for Comb Financial (AKA Moon), governed by zComb DAO, kicked a DAO member out of the discord server and banned him for 3 days for suggesting a proposal for a vote of no confidence and eventual DAO wind up and liquidation.

On 28 April 2024, Moon failed to abide by server rules to re-add the banned member to the DAO server.

Since 25 April 2024, the DAO server has been closed to any new invites, limiting the ability of zComb DAO to earn yield. Furthermore, the Comb Team has failed to acknowledge the proposal in the DAO server to lock the $COMB token until a DAO discussion and vote is held on the next steps forward.

This vote serves to endorse and legitiize this space to be used for voting by the members of zCOMB DAO, in view of Moon and the Comb Team's refusal to acknowledge valid DAO proposals as well as the centralized control that Moon has over: https://snapshot.org/#/comb-finance.eth
