zComb DAO Proposal AKA ZCDP 2024-10

It has been frequently shared within the Comb Discord that Moon has taken no payment for acting as lead developer, though some transactions seem to indicate otherwise.

With another proposal to reject his use of any treasury funds for legal fees, it may be prudent to provide Moon with a golden handshake. This will provide him personal funds should he feel the need for some financial security, and ensure that he is more than adequately compensated for his contributions to the development of zComb DAO related services such as Comb Protocol and Utopia.

Moon will be free to utilise the golden handshake however he wishes - holding it for future legal fees, splitting it with the Team, providing refunds over and above that which has already been allocated on a pro-rata basis, or keeping it to himself.
