zComb DAO Proposal AKA ZCDP 2024-7

Comb Founder has made multiple statements and announcements on discord and snapshot regarding the formation of zComb DAO, but neglected to create any official documentation regarding it.

As such, it is necessary for zComb DAO to state it's understanding of the relationship between zComb DAO - a decentralised entity governed by zComb holders, and Comb,LLC - an LLC registered in Washington State USA under the control of Philip Vu.

Of note, zComb DAO has voted on all materially significant financial matters related to zComb DAO, Comb Protocol, Comb Financial, Comb Finance and all related entities at the site: https://snapshot.org/#/comb-finance.eth

Vote: "zComb DAO Decentralised" to affirm that zComb governance is accorded on a pro rata basis in accordance with the number of zComb one has, and that this is confirmed by a course of performance that has created and implied a contract. "zComb DAO Centralised" to affirm that zComb governance is under the authority of Comb Founder Phil Vu and or the entity under his control - Comb,LLC, and that zComb DAO has never had any governance rights.
