zComb DAO Proposal AKA ZCDP 2024-9

Comb Founder had previously indicated that he would engage a law firm to wind up the DAO / LLC at a cost of ~$70,000. Subsequently, he shared that he would no longer engage a law firm, but would set aside this sum of money to be used for legal consultation as required.

To clear up any doubt as to how much of the treasury is allowed to be used by Comb Founder for his own legal purposes, the DAO will vote on the following amounts:

Nothing - Comb Founder and the current Comb Team is not permitted to use any of the zComb DAO treasury for legal fees.

$70,000 - Comb Founder and the current Comb Team is permitted to use up to $70,000 of the zComb DAO treasury for legal fees.

Unlimited - Comb Founder and the current Comb Team is permitted to use up to 100% of the zComb DAO treasury for legal fees.
