zComb DAO Proposal AKA ZCDP 2024-2

There have been numerous oversight, project management, communications and delivery shortfalls when it comes to Comb Financial, Comb, LLC, and zComb DAO. In order to ensure that the community is adequately informed of legal proceedings associated with zComb DAO, Comb Financial, Comb Protocol, Comb Finance, Comb, LLC, and any parties associated under the governance of zComb DAO, zComb DAO approves Christopher Thong AKA 0xhotgun to engage with legal representatives on behalf of zComb DAO.

Official discussions must be recorded to the best possible ability for sharing with the DAO. For example, video recordings or audio recordings, as long as legal counsel permits. Written minutes are only permissible if legal counsel rejects requests to record the meeting. If legal counsel advises to not record the meeting, Christopher Thong will advise zComb DAO of counsel’s reasons to advise against recording the meeting and zComb DAO will decide on further actions, such as appointment of additional representatives.

This vote does not place 0xhotgun in a position of leadership or control over decisions, but rather serves to place him as a link between zComb DAO and the legal counsel. This vote is necessary in view of the founder’s unilateral decision to renege on zComb DAO’s governance over the protocol. All decisions will be brought back to zComb DAO for endorsement.

In the event of misrepresentation of the DAO or misconduct, the DAO may remove 0xhotgun from any and all positions of representation.

The DAO may nominate other members to be additional representatives of zComb DAO, or to replace 0xhotgun.

Vote “Approve 0xhotgun” to approve him as the sole representative of zComb DAO with legal representatives.

Vote “Reject 0xhotgun” to reject him as the sole representative of zComb DAO with legal representatives.
