Create multi-signature wallets

Currently multi-signature wallets are on the Ethereum main network, but since most new users will be turned off by Ethereum's high operational GAS fee, we are considering migrating multi-signature wallets and deploying FBDAO's multi-signature wallets to other cheaper networks such as Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, etc. layer2 networks. Until then we are launching a proposal for community suggestions, please vote for the layer2 network you support to start the decentralized governance of FBDAO.
