Goal of Vote

This snapshot vote is to gauge community sentiment regarding the proposed 0x/Polygon grant structure. The grant application and forum discussion can be found at https://forum.0xprotocol.org/t/0x-polygon-grant-structure/3676.

Action Proposed

1. Following the new process for applying to the grants system.
2. Transfer 675,830 Matic and 498,385 ZRX (20% of funds) to a multisig. Ps: The composition of multisig will be 3/4 (2 people from Polygon Labs and 2 people from the community side of 0x. Once the holders from the DAO are final only then the funds will be transferred.
