In traditional organizations, decisions are made through a top-down hierarchical structure, and each macro-level decision is made by a small group of executives. DAO operates through a bottom-up process, and decisions are made through community consensus and based on everyone's point of view.
This does not mean that everyone must participate in every decision, but that the decision takes place within a concentric ring, starting from a "soft consensus" and moving towards a "hard consensus".
Soft consensus: According to the scope of influence, it is realized through some implicit expressions of preference. (🔊> 🔉 show preference by shouting louder than others)
Hard consensus: Achieved through a mutually accepted mechanism for expressing positions. (🗳️ Voting)
