Treasury to invest in SO-COL's Private Round

Summary Treasury will invest in SO-COL's private round through 12 IreneDAO NFTs it holds and use this alpha utility with to its fullest.

Motivation We would like to grow our treasury by investing in SO-COL, so we can give back to our community in the form of merch/giveaways/IRL tickets or fulfill our role as a charity focused DAO by supporting a cause.

Proposal We propose to utilize 12 IreneDAO Passes we have in DAO treasury and use all of their allocation(12 x $452) when investing in the private round offering.
