IDIP-6: Irene to lead IreneDAO

Summary Irene had started IreneDAO with a vision to empower creators and support other women. Irene will become the leader of IreneDAO and organise initiatives that will align the DAO more closely with this vision.

Motivation We are grateful for the support of the core team to help to run the DAO. However, the recent initiatives, such as the pick-up line competition and meme competition, do not align that closely with Irene's vision of what the DAO could be. As such, Irene has decided to step up and take leadership of the DAO.

Proposal We propose to restructure the DAO. Irene will be in charge of proposing and executing new initiatives for the DAO, effectively taking over from the core team starting today. As for the compensation for moderators, exact details are to be confirmed with Irene. For treasury funds and future royalties, 50% will be allocated to selected charities, while 50% will be reserved for other initiatives. Irene will take 0% of the royalties as she requested.
