IDIP-1: Collaboration with Ghozali

Summary In this proposal, IreneDAO members will vote on whether they approve or disapprove of the collaboration with Ghozali (https://twitter.com/Ghozali_Ghozalu). This proposal is only tentative and subjected to changes according to the discussions with Ghozali's team. More details will be finalised after the voting.

Motivation Ghozali's collection on OpenSea, titled "Ghozali Everyday" (https://opensea.io/collection/ghozali-everyday) has proven to be extremely popular within the NFT community as it pushes the boundaries of what an NFT collection could be. IreneDAO (https://opensea.io/collection/irenedao) was started by the co-founders of SO-COL and user "lib evm" as a proof of concept for the core thesis of the SO-COL platform, built on the fundamental values of Simplicity, Integrity, Meaning, and Purpose. It was released as a free mint on irenedao.com with only 1107 genesis passes, using designs from the existing SO-COL sticker pack on Telegram (https://t.me/addstickers/socol). Both of these projects have redefined what NFT collections could be, and there is a lot of potential for these projects to work together to create something amazing.

Proposal Following discussions with the IreneDAO contributors - we propose the following partnership with Ghozali to align our communities:

1. Irene Zhao and Ghozali Meetup The DAO will use up to 5 ETH from the IreneDAO treasury (royalties from OpenSea) to fund a trip for Irene Zhao to fly over to Indonesia and meet up with Ghozali. The meetup will happen on 14th February 2022 in Indonesia and will be streamed to everyone in the IreneDAO community.

2. Exclusive IreneDAO x Ghozali Serum As part of the collaboration, we will be releasing a limited collection of 88 IreneDAO x Ghozali Serums (80 normal serums, 8 mega serums), which users can apply on their IreneDAO passes to transmute them into limited-edition IreneDAOxGhozali passes. Serums are burnt upon use, similar to the BAYC/MAYC mutant serums. The committee proposes the following split for proceeds from the sales and royalties of the IreneDAO x Ghozali Serum: 80% will be donated to selected women's charities 10% will be added to the IreneDAO treasury 10% for Ghozali and his team
