Should we gift Jean a box of chocolates ?

I found Jean DAO to be great initiative that could inspire projects and orgs to adopt this model, thus I believe Jean should be compensated.

Note this is a temptative proposal, Jean might not like chocolate, we should also decide in case this proposal passes, the monetary amount of the gift and the operator to carry this proposal forward.
