LIFE X Skyscraper Partnership Proposal [LVIP-02]

Summary

LifeVerse and Skyscraper have come to an agreement to integrate Imbued Souls into Skyscraper. LVIP-02 outlines the benefits and costs associated with this integration. This proposal seeks funding approval to pay for the costs associated with integrating Imbued Souls into Skyscraper. Milestones and associated payments are outlined in detail below.

Rationale

LifeVerse Studio’s vision is to create high-quality and innovative gameplay experiences for LifeVerse members (Imbued Souls holders). Part of our efforts to do so involves creating gameplay utility and experiences for Imbued Souls by working with partners to have them integrate Life NFTs into their games. This proposal is therefore to seek approval to fund the costs of integration needed for Skyscraper to integrate Imbued Souls into their Strategic MMORPG. Benefits to the LifeVerse community include:

• Access to a high-quality and enjoyable Web3 game with depth for free
• A swathe of unique benefits for Imbued Soul holders
• Will be provided with a unique faction character specific to Imbued Souls holders, usable in Skyscraper. Skyscraper characters also feature unique tech, being able to act as portfolios, holding ERC-20, ERC-721 and ERC-1155 tokens.
• Long-term and sustainable partnership that could see LifeVerse assets being further integrated into the Skyscraper ecosystem

Project Summary

Set in a Persistent World in 1987 Manhattan, Skyscraper is a Web3 Strategic MMORPG unlike any other. Compete against thousands of Wall St. Wolves, Business Bois, Mafia Cats and Mob Rats as they Raid, Conquer and Defend their $TURF.

Join one of four factions, $TEAK your claim to a piece of land and start developing. Your Buildings produce Resources fuelling the Deckbattler. Find a juicy target, Raid their Building for Resources or even to perform a hostile takeover, buying their property for a "fair price" grin.

The game provides different types of gameplay all threaded with the cultural flavour of the era. This includes solo missions, dynamically triggered time-limited quests, weekly quests providing rich lore and storylines, as well as internal and external DeFi, Social-coordination scavenger hunts and scheming in your faction HQ.

We offer you Skyscraper set in the $Magical Realm of Treasure.

Integration Details

1. Unique Soul Cat character design x 10 traits Art Imbued Souls will be able to inhabit a unique character in the Mafia Cats Faction. The character will have 10 random traits and 10 options per trait with varying degrees of rarity. Each trait option has a direct effect on the resource strength of that character. It is their DNA. Combinations of each trait result in a total % score for Respect, Intelligence, Fight and Negotiation. Each resource has 2 traits except for that faction's biassed strength which has 4. The Mafia Cats' key strength is Respect. When we deploy respect boost, the morale of your character and speed of its replenishment speed increases. But it will burn your respect resource faster. Morale is an overriding metric that defines the character's ability to fight in the deck battler. (think life energy)

Limited to one per wallet, based on a secret snapshot Imbued Souls rarity will play an effect on the strength of the Soul Cat

2. Unique item art for the Forge + development Your character will be able to upgrade their traits in the Forge by purchasing new rare traits and in turn, increasing any particular resource strength maximum. These trait items will be available in the Sub HQ and will be unique to LifeVerse. Once a character is forged their NFT will be burned and a new one replicated with the new traits in place. This process can only be done 3 times in the character's life.

3. Sub HQ Building + Interior art + development LifeVerse will have a unique Sub HQ to go along with their Factions main HQ. LifeVerse Sub HQ will be a uniquely designed 3d building that will exist in the Mafia Cats home district and will offer external art that signifies it as LifeVerse owned on the outside and inside will offer an interior that is unique to LifeVerse also. It will also offer Resource Replenishment when players visit and request this explicitly. It will provide your own place to socialise and scheme through internal chat and boost your resources before your $TURF battles. (LifeVerse specific)

4. Legendary Resource Card Art LifeVerse players will all also be provided with 1 Legendary Respect Resource card plus 3 other common resource cards each representing your other required resources strengths. These cards will all have the special property of being able to be replenished back at your Sub HQ, with a built-in cooldown feature to avoid abuse. The art for the legendary card will be set to 5 x 100 pieces and will all have a 95% Respect resource strength. The common cards will be 1 of 5000. All cards will auto-replenish. No other players have this resource card feature, as they require burning resources to replenish.

Limited to one per wallet, based on a secret snapshot First come first served. Once 500 are minted, a common card will replace that spot.

5. Solidity contract integration into the game allows unique functions - development Due to many of the unique features provided for LifeVerse, Skyscraper requires a fair amount of development work to integrate these features into existing and new contracts and ensure these are also built into the gameplay and UX seamlessly. Unlike other Partner Projects, we are looking to add a unique starter pack that enables enjoying the Deckbattler part of the game with no additional purchases.

*Owning land is not included in this experience, but it is otherwise a full Web3 experience, not F2P.

• Unique character items art for the Forge (upgrading/changing traits) x 10 NFT ART
• Creation of Mafia Cat character variations & trait rarities and approval.

Art Part 2 Payment April: $3500 Delivered May - June

• Sub Headquarters Building 3d (=Sub HQ) + Interior art 2d - NFT ART
• Resource Cards x 4 including 1 Legendary Resource Card - NFT ART

Development Part 1 Payment May: $1950 Delivered June - August

• Creation of Mafia Cat characters as NFT ERC1155 and Integration into Solidity infra
• Creation of replenishing resource cards as NFT ERC720 and Integration into Solidity infra

Development Part 2 Payment June: $3810 Delivered August - September

• Creation and Integration of Sub HQ into Solidity infra with extra features of unique Forge and renewable resources into Solidity infra

Total Funding Required Partitioned into Staggered Deliverables: $16,320 USD
