[LVP-07] Fate of Treasury Seeds

Summary

The LifeVerse Council is putting the fate of the Seeds of Life held by the Treasury into the hands of the community via a governance vote.

Rationale

As the deprecation date for the capability to evolve Seeds of Life into Imbued Souls is scheduled for 3/31 the community must decide what to do with the seeds held by the LifeVerse Treasury.

Proposal

The LifeVerse community will have the ability to select one of two routes for the 120 Seeds of Life held by the LifeVerse Treasury.

1. Evolve the 120 Seeds of Life held by the Treasury into Imbued Souls and use the Imbued Souls to conduct DAO-related activities at the discretion of the LifeVerse Council (e.g., prize support for game nights, community giveaways, partnership incentives, compensation for contractors)
2. Send the 120 Seeds of Life to a burn address and reduce the supply of NFTs in circulation by approximately 1.5%.
