Use half the Treasury Value to buy meme coins

We are on the lookout for meme coins with a lot of potential. These meme coins have to reside in the polygon network as it is the blockchain hosting the MaskedDAO environment. I'm making this proposal in order to use half of the MaskedDAO treasury to purchase one of these coins.
