Would the people come together to fund the construction of a public park?

I have a use case for $PEOPLE. There is a local park in an economically impoverished community in The Bahamas. I have proposed to transform it into a tourist attraction, creating jobs and adding beauty to a forgotten area and people.

The cost is roughly $750,000.00

There are 10,000+ holders of $PEOPLE. If every holder commits $75.00 worth of $PEOPLE, we can make the first physical people-funded project in the world. It would contain the largest Tree House Platform in the national Silk Cotton Tree, and would empower Bahamian citizens for years to come.
