What is tr3butor?

We are building a perfect contributor platform with an on-chain identity, reputation, and matching engine, coupled with a vibrant and supportive community.

It started by addressing one of the major problems for every founder or DAO operator: talent recruitment.

Utilizing community-powered referral recruitment, we are ensuring a win-win-win situation where organizations boost the speed and quality of their talent sourcing, talents get hired to their dream jobs, and communities (like Lobsters) are rewarded for their recommendations.

It works like a CPA network, just specifically for web3 recruitment. You share jobs from tr3butor in your community and earn up to $10K for each successful hire.

Recently, we have launched our Job Board, with more than 150 organizations onboarded and a variety of ready-to-apply opportunities ranging from jobs to grants and hackathons.

• and all things mentioned in benefits both for Lobs holders and DAO treasury.
