Lobster DAO improvement proposal #0.

Right now we expect to have 6751 amazing lobster NFTs with voting power, but to deliver the decision of this voting to multisig 5 out of 10 anon guardians should sign it. That creates both potential legal liability and security/governance centralization threat.

Fortunately snapshot with gnosis created a module to automate the execution of governance proposals. https://blog.gnosis.pm/introducing-safesnap-the-first-in-a-decentralized-governance-tool-suite-for-the-gnosis-safe-ea67eb95c34f

The collection or the NFTs have no governance over chats, rules, or anything else related to people. It's just governance for fun, and has no value or utility. It's just there to potentially align community in a better way."

So to maximize fun we propose to install SafeSnap module.
