Partnership proposal to Gearbox

This is a vote on whether we want to propose a partnership to Gearbox Protocol (Ivan's baby) in the form attached below.

The idea is that we as a community provide services to Gearbox as described in the PDF, while Gearbox considers and offers us something in return if we provide them.

This is not a vote on whether we actually partner with Gearbox. Just a vote on whether we propose. Whether we partner or not would depend on their value proposition and would require a separate discussion.
