Support Arbitrum on DAOhaus

DAOhaus is requesting an UberHaus vote on whether or not to support Arbitrum network on the DAOhaus platform.

After several months of deliberation on this subject, we have decided to put this decision up for a vote for UberHaus to signal their interest in deploying on a Ethereum L2 solution.

Note: We are currently testing our deployment on Arbitrum, where there are more than +250 teams testing their contracts on the network.

We expect Arbitrum to play an instrumental role in Ethereum scalability and have a substantive impact on the end user, as it will require much lower fees be paid to validate transactions.
