This is a test for Emission Allocations

Each voter may spread voting power across any number of choices. The results are calculated quadratically.

The top 20 choices with the most weight and/or holding more than 1% of the vote would determine the allocation points for the next round applied proportional to the tally of the votes.

Choices explained: xCOMB staking awards users xCOMB for staking their xCOMB. xCOMB Reserve distributes allocation points to an address that forwards the tokens back into the reserve effectively reducing the emissions.

The token pairs paired with wETH, xDAI, and HNY must have 30 days of token liquidity >$100,000.

The token pairs paired with HNY only if 30 day token liquidity is less than $100,000 but greater than $5,000.
