Goal and Action Plan of the Delegate in 1inch DAO for the Next 6 Months:

Goal 1: Treasury Diversification

We will work with 1inch foundation and other delegates to propose ways in which the treasury assets can be diversified and yield generating. Additionally, we will also continue to monitor and report on existing investment positions in order to make optimal use of the DAO funds.

Goal 2: Recognized Delegates Program

Over the next 6 months, we will continue to steward the recognized delegates program, which includes:

• Marketing the program within our network and the wider crypto community
• Assisting potential applicants through the process
• Amending the program structure based on feedback
• Working with service providers to design and implement tools for delegate discoverability and performance

Goal 3: Decentralisation

1inch DAO has taken a key step to onboard a wide network of geographically distributed contributors to the 1inchDAO via the community builders program. We will leverage our experience and network in this area to assist the DAO in building up this initiative over time by providing feedback, connecting, sharing our contacts of verified contributors, and co-designing strategies for successful execution with the 1inch foundation.
