This section should explain how the delegate plans to reflect their values and vision in 1inch DAO and make an action plan for engagement in 1inch DAO for the next six months.

• Assisting the Community Builders Program in Establishing a Robust Contributor Framework : We believe that the community builders program is a crucial step towards building a solid contributor pipeline for the 1inch DAO. We aim to cultivate a decentralized contributor base through these talented groups of individuals, enabling them to start and own projects that generate value for the 1inch DAO.
• Onboarding Delegates : Enhancing the quality of the DAO’s governance process involves incentivizing delegates to contribute to the DAO actively. At StableLab, we are working towards onboarding more delegates to the 1inch DAO to improve the quality of 1inch Governance and efforts towards decentralization.
• Building a strong developer community to grant pipeline : The 1inch DAO stands to largely benefit from cultivating a core developer community. We believe that with a robust developer community, the 1inch DAO could incubate grants that ultimately generate value for the entire 1inch ecosystem.
• Treasury Management : The 1inch DAO would benefit from standardizing its treasury management strategy. We will actively work towards finding solutions to effectively manage the 1inch treasury, with four primary goals in mind: generating yield on treasury assets, funding grants that create value for the 1inch DAO, monitoring our burn rate, and managing DAO expenses effectively.
• Decentralization : Decentralizing the DAO is a gradual process that involves investing in a DAO Constitution, DAO Contributors, Delegates, and a DAO Grants Program. Through these initiatives, we aim to build a fully decentralized 1inch DAO.
