Allow Tib to select first two artists?

Initially we likely won't have that many artist applications (as it takes time to build out the 256ART brand), are you okay with letting me (Tib) decide on the first artist or two, once we get more submissions we go the decentralized route either way where you as holders get to vote on the upcoming artists each month.

Tib curation at launch: lower barrier of entry for initial artists -> get the ball rolling faster, but it's a less decentralized process initially.

Community curation at launch: higher barrier of entry for artists (and need to find more artists too) -> might take a lot of time to get first artists, but it's a decentralized voting process from the start.
