🚨 Overlord (Creepz) Investment 🚨

📌 This is a proposal for the Zunkz community wallet to invest in the Overlord Creepz ecosystem.

➡️ Who are the Creepz? Creepz are cool looking Lizards that have been around for quite a while. Zunkz were actually given WL spots back in the day to mint the original Creepz collection which did really well and are still holding up decently. They have had been a nice stable floor, strong community, strong leaders, and they are attempting to build out a real brand/company not just an NFT project releasing mint after mint. Creepz have been laying low while they have been building in the background, it seems that in the next few months they will begin to push out what they have been working on so timing could be great.

➡️ Overlord (Creepz) is creating an ecosystem with 4 verticals that will give value to OG Creepz holders. -Gaming -Fashion Brand (not merch) -TV/Films/Toys -Token

➡️ Brand Partners -WestBrandLabs (JV on fashion that is ready to launch) -Stoopid buddy on animation (slowed up a bit due to current writers strikes, -threesixzero (same folks who manage will smith etc.) -Revolving games (to build ...games) -ImmutableX web 3 gaming platform

➡️ Why would we invest? Our goal would be to invest in the Overlord (Creepz) ecosystem so that we can play their current game that is prepping holders for the future releases within their ecosystem. The game is where all the benefits are generated by collecting points and upgrading your mech within the game. The generated points from the game will convert into mint opportunities for their new Heros launch and a speculated future token drop $PORTAL.

👍🏼 Pros -There is a good chance for a higher future resell value, Creepz floor is quite stable around 1 - 1.25 ETH and thin, I expect it to rise not fall as it seems to have a lot of support from big holders at 1ETH. -There will be a new mint released from the Overlord ecosystem, not Creepz but something new that they are deeming to be the BEST art in the space. The new mint will be attainable by generating points while playing the current game that is available. -The Creepz that are purchased along with their new project mints could eventually be put into the raffle rewards for holders, sold, or whatever the community decides in the future. -There will also be a $PORTAL token released down the road for their holders and those involved playing the game, which could be sold for profit as well if timed correctly.

👎🏼 Cons -This is the NFT space, TBH anything you can think of could happen.

➡️ We don't know what will happen to the NFT space, I personally feel that if NFTs make it through this bear market, Overlord (Creepz) seem to be one of the brands that could do well, they seem to have been doing a lot of work behind the scenes, have a good game plan, and are about ready to start releasing to make a push.

➡️ 6feels will put in the time to play the game from 1 designated wallet, we have spent some time messing around with the game and ecosystem and now understand how it all works, we also will have Scotty500s help for questions and assistance.

✅ What we need to determine is if we want to invest at all, and if so how many Creepz we would like to invest in. The more Creepz owned the more rewards/points we receive from playing the game which results in higher number of mints in their new collection and the amount of $PORTAL token generated down the line as well.

➡️ This will not halt our rewards system, the rewards program will move forward no matter the decision.
