Proposal: design + dev for DAO site

DAO will be using a subdomain of DAO.721.com to showcase the inventory we have in DAO as well as the projects we incubated and ETH we have in both multi-sig wallet and buying/minting wallet live.

The design and coding will be done by the same team building 721tools on 721.com for the budget of 0.666 ETH.

Cost 0.334ETH at 82gwei.

Together send 1ETH from minting wallet to DEV wallet if this proposal goes through.
