End of Year Bonus 2023 721DAO

Dao token payments for our volunteer Multi sigs.

Background: Current rate Volunteer Multisigs got 1 dao token every Quarter, paid contributors got 55 tokens for the half year they had worked.

Options are: 1> Been over half a year since last bonus payment, The current rate is 1 Dao token per Qtr. 2 Qtr will have past month ending 5 active contributor under current bonus rates would be getting, 2 dao tokens each. Snipegunner is tasked with make sure the dao is running smoothly every month 1 Dao token per month is added, total 7 Months (June 2023-Dec 2023) of maintaining the dao operations. Total Dao distribution : (5x2) +7 = 17 Dao tokens to be purchased and distributed valued ~1E or less. 2> No bonus. I would highly advise not chosing this option as it would disincentivize our hard work running the DAO.

Bonus will be paid end of December, may look to setup offers for end of year sells to get better rates for Dao token.
