Allow 9x9x9 contribute more into DAO

So 9x9x9 will be dedicated his time to DAO set up, management, planning, buying basically everything early stage. Any opportunity he wanna buy for himself, he will have to propose to DAO first as it is his top priority higher than self-interest.

For now, there is no incentive for 9x9x9 as there is no salary or extra free DAO NFT been voted to reward his time spend and opportunity cost.

PRO: If he put 100ETH in the DAO, it will create bonding his interest with the DAO showing his confidence in DAO as well as rewarding when DAO have good performance.

Cons: Create an unfair situation as others are limited with a CAP contribution.
