Objective Looking to vote on placing 88000 MPH from the Gov treasury wallet into the MPH rewards contract for VeMPH holders making them claimable alongside LIT airdrop rewards.

I feel this would help kick start talk around the MPH community.

Reward long term lockers.

Finally give some MPH rewards.

Create MPH buy pressure.

Actions Remove MPH tokens from 0x56f34826Cc63151f74FA8f701E4f73C5EAae52AD (Gov treasury wallet) To put into the MPH rewards contract for VeMPH lockers. Make it possible to claim via the same process we claim LIT but with a claim button for MPH rewards. (MPH UI is already set up for this just no claim button)

Argument for - This would still leave 195986 MPH in the treasury wallet. All the statements above.

Arguments against - Would use MPH from treasury wallet. Could create people to sell the rewarded MPH.
