Issue Tokens From Treasury for accidentally sending tokens to contract address.
The other day I accidentally sent 770 MPH tokens to the MPH Contract address on Ethereum. Was an unfortunate mistake and still confused as to how it happened but shit happens... The Dev team has confirmed that the tokens are irrecoverable.
As a way of coping I justified it as a sacrifice to the MPH Gods. Since this mistake, MHP is up almost 100%... Coincidence?
Given that they are effectively burned, I am proposing a discounted reimbursement from the treasury as a reward for the honorable sacrifice which has brought a great appreciation to MPH tokens.
