[ARFC] Aave <> Bored Ghosts Developing (BGD) Phase 2

Summary

Request for approval from the Aave community on a follow-up engagement with BGD Labs for development services.

Context

After a successful collaboration on Aave <> BGD Phase 1, we have presented to the community an additional engagement for services, focused on the following areas:

• Software development
• Development <> security liaison
• Development support for partners and contributors

• Duration: 6 months from moment of approval.

• Cost: 1'900'000 USD in stablecoins and 6'000 AAVE, 60% paid upfront and the rest over a stream of 6 months.
