Proposal:

The current term for DAO Facilitators concludes at the beginning of June 2026, per AGIP 150. With Nofuture stepping down, we are seeking the DAO’s approval to renew 3 of the current Facilitators (Forin, roxiano, fase) for another 12-month term. If passed, this proposal will apply from June 1, 2026, continuing directly from the previous term and covering the interim already served.

Over the past term, the Facilitator team has continued to fulfill the duties outlined in AGIP 116 - organizing and moderating DAO meetings, managing agendas, recording and posting calls, and supporting effective DAO governance. However, with more efficiency in the facilitating of DAO Calls, the workload has decreased. Also, the Hangout portion of each call is not as involved. Therefore, responsibilities will be added as outlined below:

Participating or hosting in the Hangout portion of the weekly meeting. Posting DAO reminders in the announcements channel.

With recent news of PixelCraft transferring their duties and ownership to the DAO, we will likely see more activity to report on and discuss as part of our weekly business. This makes the Facilitator role more essential than ever. Even so, we acknowledge that lower funding is important at this time. Therefore, we will propose a decrease in budget from the previous $24K to $14.4K for a 12-month term. $400 will be paid in GHST to each Facilitator at the end of each month, starting with June of 2026.
