DAO Lens; An AI enabled DAO Management Platform for Aavegotchi DAO

Introduction

DaoLens DAO Manager is an all-in-one platform for all DAO activity. The DAO Lens platform is a browser-enabled experience bundling Snapshot, Discourse, Discord, and other governance/education activity into one clean UI.

In addition to being a governance/discussion hub, the DAO Manager is enabled by a GPT-4 powered AI framework specifically trained on DAO functions for Aavegotchi DAO.

DaoLens' DAO Manager aims to leverage Robin AI to assist in governance discussions and proposal development. In addition, the platform allows aggregation of all DAO discourse. Aavegotchi DAO will work alongside DAO Lens as partners who will optimize the platform for our DAO.

This proposal outlines a three-month trial of the DAO Lens product with the following deliverables:

Custom Development of the following:

• Robin AI for Proposal Management (Gpt-4 powered AI)
• Train Robin-AI (running GPT-4) for Aavegotchi DAO-specific functions/prompts and other immutable datasets
• Ability to award Aavegotchi XP On-Chain
• Data Migration from Discord forums to the DAO lens platform
• Conduct meetings twice a week (preferably, one public and one with core contributors) as a regular cadence for the key updates.
• Beta test new Dao Lens features together with a tester group from Aavegotchi DAO
• Optimize the onboarding process with guides and meetings
• Assign members to specific tasks
• Collaborate on joint marketing efforts with Aavegotchi DAO through Twitter Spaces, Discord Spaces, etc.
• Deliver custom requirements within four weeks after core prop passing

Budget

DaoLens DAO Manager: A one-time fee of 2000 USDC (discounted 80% under the Partner program) and monthly subscription fee of 199 USDC for three months.
