Introduction : Navigating the process of submitting a project to the DAO can often prove to be a lengthy endeavor, particularly for smaller-scale initiatives, MVPs or ecosystem tool maintenance. With a focus on fostering community-driven initiatives, the AGP aims to provide financial support to promising projects, facilitating their journey from conception to realization.

Key Features:

• Funding Ceiling: The AGP will concentrate on supporting projects with funding requirements below $10,000.

• Evaluation Criteria: Projects seeking funding will be assessed based on criteria including technical feasibility, budget and timeline reasonability, alignment with Aavegotchi's vision, team competency, community impact, innovation, and DAO revenue.

• Decision Making: The AGP team, comprising individuals with equal voting power, will evaluate project proposals and decide on funding allocations.

• Oversight and Management: The AGP will be responsible for monitoring funded projects, encompassing monitoring, milestone review, fund disbursement, and proactive management of potential deviations.

Team Structure:

The AGP team comprises the following members:

• @roxiano (Spokesperson): Tasked with managing public relations and communication efforts on behalf of the AGP.
• @Maxicrouton (Treasurer & DeFi Expert): Provides oversight on financial matters and contributes technical expertise to the AGP's operations.
• @CryptoGotchi (Unity Expert): Published on the Unity Asset Store since 2016. Founded a game development company in 2019 and gained valuable experience in navigating grant funding..
• @PG (Solidity Expert): Contributes technical expertise on smart contracts development and integration. Provides code assessment and review to support and enhance the AGP's effectiveness in achieving its objectives.

Budget Considerations:

• The proposed budget to be handled by the AGP is $100,000 (in stablecoin). A minimum of 80% will be allocated for funding projects, while the remaining will be designated for compensating the individuals working within the AGP. This allocation is projected to sustain the program for eight months based on estimated operational and project funding requirements.
• Hourly compensation for team members is set at $40/hour (paid in stablecoin), with monthly caps on hours worked per role.
• Funds allocated to the AGP will be stored in a 3/5 multisig wallet. The address (matic:0x8ee698836C494DDb267549259840E0565Ca557e9) will receive the funds once the core proposal is approved.
