Nomination & Election of the Multi-Sig-Signers

the process is entering voting stage:

• we were presented with ideas for advancing on our path to full on-chain Governance
• we were made aware of the connections to the Constitution of our DAOs Foundation

Nominees / Setup: 10 nominees have signaled interest, so we are ready to evolve the Multisig-Signer-structure once again from the original AGIP 50/51 setup of fixed 9 signers (once directors, 5/9 quorum)

This Signal Proposal tests community sentiment and lays before the DAO a question. Its answer will inform the binding CoreProp. This Sig-prop itself is non-binding.

Fiduciary Reminder: Directors owe duties to the Foundation only (Art. 24/26). We gauge security (decentralization vs. execution speed), treasury sustainability, and fairness in incentives.

Signer-Election-Poll:

"What is your preferred quarterly GHST compensation per signer?"

(Weighted Voting - spread your GHST power across options)

Rationale: GHST, Aavegotchi ecosystem's token, stays as due. The coverage of compensation to the signers is up to you! With the signers count at 9, total spend will scale accordingly. Allocate your GHST voting power to express nuance (e.g., 80% on 10,000 GHST + 20% on 15,000 GHST = weighted contribution of 11,000 GHST). Provided that the mean price of GHST (OKex) for the past 180 days has been ~0.3$ (previous quarterly pay in GHST: 2000 x $0.3 = $600) we assume a new baseline of 5,000 GHST.

Allocate GHST according prefered choices:

• 5,000 GHST ( baseline)
• 10,000 GHST (sustainable)
• 15,000 GHST ( attractive)
• Abstain / No preference

Evaluation Rule (important!)

• The option with the highest weighted share (%) wins.
• If no option clearly exceeds 40%, the weighted average of all votes will be calculated and rounded to the nearest 1,000 GHST step as the guiding value.

Voting Details

• Duration: 5 days (quick signal)
• Quorum: ~20% GHST (traditional SigProp level)
• Strategy: GHST token-weighted
• If support is strong, we will rapidly reach the following CoreProp-Vote.
