Signal Proposal - Summary:

Following prior discussions and the completion of Poll #1 - (Snapshot ID 0x4499008f59d4a2eefc54c0d501e058e851c4cb12ba3e9c8c017711f6623c8f02, closed February 15, 2026 — weighted result: 10,000 GHST quarterly per signer)

This SIGPROP formally launches Polls #2 and #3 today in parallel.
Twelve (12) nominees have been identified. The number specified in POLL #2 will be elected as Multi-Sig-Signers.

This SIGPROP requires 20% quorum ( 7.2 million GHST) to authorise the subsequent binding Coreprop that will contain the final rules (informed by the DAO-members votes on POLLS #1-#3) and the weighted election of the designated number of signers.
Polls #2 and #3 are launching today and will have a 10-day voting window each parallel to this SIGPROP.

• Yes, implement voted on rules and proceed to Core Proposal.

• No, do not proceed.

How many signers should comprise the Treasury/Foundation multisig in the 2026–2027 term?

Poll #3 – Refinement "Signer Compensation USD-defined + GHST Payout"
Building on Poll #1’s 10,000 GHST quarterly baseline, how should compensation be structured and paid?
(Options: USDC-fixed daily price / USDC-fixed 7-day TWAP / Fixed GHST amount / Abstain)

[no Poll on] – "Replacement of Signers": ”What procedure should apply in case of resignation or incapacity of a signer? “Next-In-Line-Rule” confirmed in discussions as functionally convincing. No polling on this topic, since uncontentious.

All polls, as well as this SIGPROP, follow the current Snapshot-rules in the aavegotchi.eth space and run in parallel until March 1st, 2026.

Next Step**
If this SIGPROP reaches 20% quorum (≈ 7.2 million GHST), a COREPROP will immediately be drafted containing the poll results, final rules, the list of 12 nominees, and the binding election vote for the number of signers designated by Poll # 2. All signers and substitutes are preferably doxxed (but full KYC is not a precondition for election).
