Context

Following the recent PTD proposal, the DAO’s Treasury and Rewards wallets are nearly empty.

The Treasury wallet (0x939b67F6F6BE63E09B0258621c5A24eecB92631c) currently holds roughly $400k, of which approximately $250k USDC is already earmarked for previously approved proposals.

The Rewards wallet (0x8c8E076Cd7D2A17Ba2a5e5AF7036c2b2B7F790f6) is also nearly depleted, holding around 1M GHST, with approximately 900k GHST reserved for Battler rewards.

At this point, the Liquidity wallet is the only wallet that has not been significantly impacted by proposals and remains relatively intact.

This fragmentation across multiple wallets introduces unnecessary operational overhead and signer complexity.

Proposal

Transfer all remaining assets from the Treasury wallet and the Rewards wallet into the Liquidity wallet (0x62DE034b1A69eF853c9d0D8a33D26DF5cF26682E).

Use the Liquidity wallet as the primary operational wallet going forward.

Transfer the Gotchiverse Player Rewards funds to 0x62DE034b1A69eF853c9d0D8a33D26DF5cF26682E which is fully under DAO signers control.

A 2-of-3 multisig wallet shall be created to hold all DAO-allocated funds for Gotchi Battler, including existing earmarked funds and the DAO’s 50% share of future game revenue, to be used exclusively for player rewards. The wallet will be administered by trusted community signers, including a Gotchi Battler team representative, acting in a custodial capacity only. Signers shall not have beneficial ownership of the funds. Signers: Immaterial, CoderDan and me. This multisig will be used exclusively to handle Player Rewards, ensuring continuity of operations while maintaining DAO oversight and security.

This consolidation only reduces operational and signer complexity without altering how funds are allocated or governed. It strictly changes how funds are operationally held and managed, with the goal of simplifying DAO operations.
