Project Essentials:

What is it? It's the version 3 of the Gotchi Greetoors, ambassadors who spread the word about Aavegotchi at real-life events worldwide. The Team: MisterSeb (International), plus two new folks: MythorAllegory (APAC) and Musashi13 (Americas). Mission: Spread the "Gotchi Gospel" globally by creating unique, tangible experiences at events.

New from V2:

Added two new regional leads (APAC and Americas Liaison). Creating "Greetoors" badges for player profiles (in collaboration with Pixelcraft).

The Breakdown (Budget):

Main Mission: $25k per quarter, which is $100k for the full year 2026. Where the money goes? Mostly Travel (28%), Lodging (25%), and Event Work (20%). Salaries: $1000 per quarter for each of the three leads (Total: $3000/quarter). Remaining budget: $10.7k.

What They'll Do (Tasks):

Market the project/various games at IRL events. Plan presence with Pixelcraft to make it an engaging experience. Source staff, contracting local staff whenever possible. Handle lodging and travel for teams at each event. Coordinate DAO representation at beneficial events outside of Pixelcraft's scope. Capture DAO-related content, post-produce it, and ensure timely delivery to social streams and proof-of-attendance via live streaming. Handle administrative tasks for the DAO (Bizdev, partnerships, talent onboarding, networking).

Cool Extra: DAO Merch Shop Design:

Direct integration into the main merch site with a specific "DAO Merch" section. Community voting (token-gated, similar to Fakegotchis) for designs (one vote per Gotchi in your wallet). Designers must hold an Aavegotchi or a certain amount of GHST. Design competitions are expected bi-monthly. A percentage of profits will go back to the AArtist(70%), the DAO(20%) and to Pixelcraft as IP usage (5%).
