Poll C - Vote Differential calibration for Medium and Smol tiers

Smol-tier proposals govern the smallest dollar amounts with the lowest quorum bar of the three tiers, which makes them the most exposed to abuse. This poll lets the community decide whether to compensate with an elevated Vote Differential above the existing COCOON baseline (10% for 2 options, 15% for 3, 20% for 4). The required spread between the top two options shall be increased.

Vote Options:

• Package A >> Both Same (Standard). Medium and Smol both remain at the COCOON baseline: 10% / 15% / 20%.
• Package B >> Only Smol Higher. Medium stays at baseline. Smol is elevated by 10 percentage points: 20% / 25% / 30%.
• Package C >> Both Higher. Medium is elevated by 10 percentage points (20% / 25% / 30%). Smol is elevated by 20 percentage points (30% / 35% / 40%).
