"Should the necessary number of Multisig Signers to sign transactions of the Foundations Multi-Sig-Wallet be changed from the current 5 of 9?"

Options:

Keep at 5 of 9 Signers (least "efficient" – max security; current)

Change to 4 of 7 Signers

Change to 3 of 5 Signers

Change to 2 of 3 Signers (fastest execution- highest risk)

Rationale
The recent nomination shows 12 candidates. Flexibility could improve execution speed, across from that lies decentralization. Results will be embedded in the upcoming Multi-Sig Signer Core-Proposal.
