Summary:

This binding "Ballot 2" is part of the simultanously running AavegotchiDAO Core Proposal to elect 9 Multi-Sig-Signers and is running parallel to a second Ballot. It will feature 6 Nominees. The winner oft this ballot is a designated Multi-Sig-Signer. A third ballot lasting 7-days will elect 7 Signers among the remaining 10 nominees. This system is due to Snapshots limitation of 10 voting-spots and to ensure fairness by mitigating the possibility of two very differently "strong" nominee-groups. Randomness of allocation is given by the order in which nominees nominated themselves. The CoreProp itself decides through a Yes/No vote about the affirmation of the details and processes.
