Expand GHST Utility

Start an initiative to expand GHST toke utility beyond Aavegotchi's core product to generate additional demand for GHST: Have a discussion in the community discord about possible use cases/new projects that can utilize the GHST token. Call for delivery teams to submit proposals on snapshot to develop the new use cases that have received enough support from the community Proposal to include a mini business case, required funding (paid through the tap or based on delivery milestones/timelines), and background on the delivery team/ developers.
