Proposal: Charity by DAO.

This proposal is to donate a small percentage of inflow cash, which would normally go to the DAO, towards charitable causes. This could be run through binance.charity.

Note: The causes and amounts can be decided on by the DAO on a separate occasion.

Including charitable donations within the game would allow every participant to be part of a philanthropic movement. Integrating binance.charity could further strengthen our relationship with one of the biggest exchanges.
