Summary The proposal will set pool parameters as given below.

Motivation The main pool will remain ABI/WETH and will be incentivized via timeless finance as currently being done. However the pool address and timeless finance gauge for this will change.

Two additional pools will be launched against wstETH. These pools provide swap APR via liquidity trickling from ETH pair to the wstETH pair and also provide built in yields for LP providers. Liquidity for wstETH on both Arbitrum and Mainnet are sufficiently high.

All pools will be uniswap v3.

Pool Parameters:

Mainnet  V3 ABI/WETH - 0.3% fee   - 70% LP allocation V3 ABI/wstETH - 1% fee - 15% LP allocation

Arbitrum V3 ABI/wstETH - 1% fee - 15% LP allocation
