Reasoning: We're currently >10% and <25% discount to liquid backing value of $14.55. The max we can set according to framework is 2x the amount required to get to 120d MA on DAI over 30 days, which is $358k/d. Current market capacity is $187k so we can add an additional $171k capacity per day.
