Bond phalanx: July 8th - Additional bond for coming week

Proposal:

• Add an additional 295k/day IB, taking the total capacity to ~423k/day for the coming week, max payout would be ~150k/day.

Reasoning: We're currently below the 10% profit margin, meaning that the max we can set according to our framework is the amount required to get to 120d MA on DAI. We unfortunately had a bug in our computation which made us undershoot our calculation of this capacity required per day to reach the 120d MA. Previous number was ~128k/d, but is actually ~420k/d, meaning we need to correct by adding 295k/d.
