AIP #22.1 - Abracadabra DAO Legal Framework - Jurisdiction
AIP #22.1 is the first of a series of AIPs that will be used to allow the DAO to decide on how to set up its Legal Structure as outlined in AIP #22.
This initial vote will focus on choosing the jurisdiction.

- Malta: friendly regulations towards blockchain & cryptocurrency
- Switzerland: progressive government approach attracted protocols like Ethereum
- Bermuda: regulatory framework specific to crypto businesses
- Singapore: leading crypto hub; forward thinking regulatory authority
- None of the above
