Remove the MSPELL staking contract

My fellow mages, it is counter productive to have 2 staking contracts. If other mages wish to get MIM instead of SPELL then they can sell on there own. cutting SSpell buys in half makes zero sense, we should be adding as much buying pressure as we can not cutting it in half.
