Proposal for Fundamental Changes in the Organizational Structure

As a holder of A1.5 and ACID tokens, I hereby put forth the following proposal, advocating a fundamental transformation in our organizational structure:

1. Transition from DAO to a Small-scale Fund: I propose that the project evolves from its current DAO structure to a non-DAO small-scale fund, with primary investments focused on the Ethereum ecosystem.

2. Opportunity to Exchange A1.5 for ETH:

Attention: Our vote primarily determines whether to choose Plan A or Plan B; all other points mentioned remain the same in both options.

Option A: For those members not wishing to participate in the redefined fund, a mechanism should be established to allow the exchange of A1.5 tokens for ETH. I suggest that we enhance the exchange rate by 100%, moving from the current reserve value of 40% to a more favorable 80%, and offer a 30-day period for this exchange.

Option B: The redemption exchange feature is not something that should remain open long term. It is recommended to directly terminate the exchange functionality, eliminating the redemption option while preserving the free transfer of tokens.

3. Exchange Window and Decreasing Rate: If the community chooses Option One, the opportunity for token exchange will last for 30 days. During this timeframe, the exchange rate will first increase to 80% (effective from 24th October 2023) and subsequently decrease by 5% every 3 days based on the rate of the previous three days. After the 30-day duration, the exchange feature will be permanently disabled.

4. Dissolution of DAO and Digital Presence: 30 days post the decision, the community associated with the DAO will be dissolved and replaced by the new fund's community, where identity verification will become a prerequisite to participate. The existing Twitter account and website will continue as the official channels for the new fund.

5. Role of A1.5 Tokens in the New Structure: A1.5 tokens will transition into equity shares of the new investment fund, symbolizing shareholder rights and participatory privileges. Involvement in fund decisions will necessitate verification of personal information. Holding and transferring A1.5 tokens will not require verification.

6. Investment Strategy and Long-term Vision: The fund will predominantly invest in the Ethereum ecosystem, unwaveringly following our long-term aspiration of witnessing ETH appreciate to $10,000.
