Proposal to Increase the Exchange Ratio for A1.5 Tokens

Currently, each A1.5 token can be exchanged for funds from the protocol treasury at a rate determined by the formula: (Treasury Balance / Total A1.5 Supply) * 40%. We propose to increase this exchange rate to 60% to better reflect the value of A1.5 tokens and provide additional benefits to the holders.
